You are correct. Only bosses get these jewels that give cards, but they come in pre-made tables. The problem is the blurred lines with what comes from where. For example, the Reshuffle jewel, and presumably other jewels from its level tier, come from both rank 10 and 11 bosses. Do they come from rank 9?
